As an accredited training sponsor and assessment center of the National Center For Construction Education and Research (NCCER) WelltechSafety's educators work in tandem with client personnel to train, assess, and certify professionals in over 30 different craft trade disciplines. By utilizing the NCCER's National Craft Assessment and Certification Program (NCACP) assessment criteria, which is directly tied to the NCCER's Contren Learning Series curricula, we are able to identify areas where an employee's craft knowledge may need reinforcing and target specific upgrade training to meet those needs. This procedure allows companies to eliminate unnecessary repetitive craft training and reduce overall employee training costs by focusing training time and budget on areas beneficial to the company and its employees.
- WelltechSafety is an accredited training and assessment sponsor of the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), a nationally recognized provider of construction, petrochemical, pipeline, safety, and supervisor management training curricula, assessment criteria, and performance verifications.
- WelltechSafety is one of the largest users of NCCER curricula and assessments on the U. S. West Coast.
- WelltechSafety has served on NCCER's Craft Training and Assessment Advisory Committees for the past three years and now serves as Chair of the NCCER's Workforce Development Committee.
- Training assessments and performance evaluations can be done on site at a client's facility or in one of WelltechSafety's Regional Training Centers. Furthermore, ongoing training and certification of client employees reduces downtime and improves productivity, while allowing the client to remain competitive and viable in its respective market segment.
